Prologue
Drowning. The only feeling that I have felt and actually do understand. A feeling I feel everyday. It has been a part of my everyday life for as long as I can remember. I constantly feel forced underwater by my hellish demons who sneer that I’ll never resurface, promising me everlasting pain and suffering. I can’t prevent my drowning, my suffocation, or my agony. I have tried and am still trying to drown them, but they are stronger than me and smarter than me. I can learn a lot from them, I thought, which left a foreboding feeling in my gut. I have to resurface though, but my plan must not fail. My plan must not fail.
